Steps for Cooking:
1.In a kadhai, heat oil and sauté garlic and cumin seeds. Remove it from heat.
2.Add paneer, red chilli powder, masala powder, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, amchur powder and mix it well.
3.Spread butter on the bread, place onion rings, tomatoes and paneer bhurji. Close the sandwich, and grill it. 4. Serve and enjoy!
Method:
1. To begin with, add besan in a mixing bowl. Add ajwain, red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, lemon juice and ginger- garlic paste. Add salt to taste.
2. Mix everything together. Add water if needed and mix to form a smooth batter. (Make sure there are no lumps in the batter).
3. Add the paneer cubes. Now, mix them gently with your hands and coat them with the marinade.
4. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and keep aside for 30 mins at room temperature.
5. Now, heat oil in a pan. Place the paneer cubes and shallow-fry them until golden brown.
6. Once done, transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve with mint chutney.
Method:
1. Roast whole almonds in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 4 minutes and cut into slivers once cool down.
2. In a pan heat desi ghee and
crackle cumin seed. Then add chopped onions, chopped red bell pepper, chopped green capsicum, pav bhaji masala and sauté it for another 10-12 seconds
3. Now add cooked rice and toss them well. Adjust the seasoning. 4. Finish with butter, freshly chopped coriander leaves and squeeze lime juice.
5. In a serving bowl, place rice and garnish it with roasted almond slivers.
6. Serve hot.
Method:
1. Take paneer and mash it with a potato masher, then add all the dry seasonings mentioned in the ingredients list.
2. Meanwhile, heat a grill pan, add this
mixture and roast it from both the sides till the grill mark appears on both the sides. Remove and set aside for 5-8 minutes.
3.Then, make chapatis by using wheat flour, cook them properly on tawa.
4. Spread mayonnaise on top of the bread and then add the paneer mixture. Roll it out.
5. Serve along with mint chutney and mayonnaise.

1. Make pizza sauce by cooking tomato puree with all the spices and basil in olive oil.
2.Spread the sauce on pizza base.
3.Top it with onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms and olives.
4. Grate and splay paneer on top of it.

1. Prepare a marinade with yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur, kasuri methi, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
2. Add the chopped paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato to the
marinade. Mix till the veggies and the
paneer is coated. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the
marinated mixture and fry it till the paneer turns golden and crisp.
4. Spread the green chutney over slices of bread. Place the paneer tikka on the bread and close the sandwich.
5. Toast the sandwich on a grill till it is evenly crisp. The paneer tikka sandwich is ready!
